These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AMV Maker (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AMV Maker is an online media tool that converts and edits animations (GIF / WebP / APNG / images) into video, and can cut clips to the beat of music you provide. It is a private processing tool: there is no public gallery, feed, or sharing of other users' content.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement.
Some features require an account, created via an email sign-in link. You are responsible for
activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Notify us at
[email protected] of any unauthorized use.
You keep all rights to the files you upload and to the videos you create. You grant us only the limited, temporary rights needed to process your files and deliver your result (e.g., store them briefly in temporary storage and run them through our pipeline). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not display it publicly.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload (including any music), and that your use of the Service is lawful.
You must not upload, process, or create:
Uploads are screened by automated filters; suspected violations are blocked and are not processed or stored.
The Service itself — including its software, design, name, and branding — is owned by the operator and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our software or branding beyond using the Service as intended.
Converting files is free. Paid credit packs for the beat-sync tool are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing, receipts, and applicable sales tax/VAT. A credit is charged only when a render completes successfully; a failed render is not charged. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy and Pricing.

We act on valid reports promptly, block offending content, and cooperate with law enforcement
where required.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., content responsibility, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that output will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for user-uploaded content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, if the Service was used for free, is limited to a nominal amount). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
Billing transactions are additionally subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Except where mandatory local consumer law applies to you, these Terms are governed by generally applicable law, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts competent for the operator.
