Refund Policy

1. What we sell

Converting files is free. We sell one-time credit packs for the AMV Maker beat-sync tool — for example, $4.99 for 10 render credits. This is not a subscription; nothing auto-renews. See Pricing.

2. When you are charged

A credit is spent only when a render completes successfully and is ready to download. A failed render is not charged.

3. Refunds

• Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• Credits already spent on a completed, downloadable render are non-refundable, because the digital service has already been delivered.
• Credits do not expire.
• To request a refund, email [email protected] with your purchase email or Paddle order ID. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.

4. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer. Where a statutory "cooling-off" / right-of-withdrawal applies to digital purchases, note that by starting a render (using a credit) you request immediate performance and acknowledge that the specific service delivered is then non-refundable, while any remaining unused credits stay refundable as described above.
