This policy explains what data AMV Maker (the "Service") processes and why. We collect as little as possible and do not sell your data.
Files you upload — images, animations, and any audio — are processed in temporary storage and automatically deleted right after processing. We do not keep your original or output files by default, and there is no public gallery or sharing. Embedded metadata such as EXIF/GPS is stripped during processing.
Optional retention: only if you explicitly opt in, an upload may be kept for a short period (auto-deleted after a short time-to-live) to help improve quality. You can decline this and the Service still works.

We do not collect the audio/video content itself for analytics, and we do not store raw filenames.
We process your IP address to run the Service, prevent abuse, rate-limit sign-in attempts, and estimate approximate country. IP addresses in operational logs are retained only for a limited period for security purposes and are not used to build advertising profiles.
Purchases are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (card payments) and by NOWPayments (crypto payments, if used). We do not receive or store your full card number. Their respective privacy policies govern payment processing.
The Service runs behind Cloudflare (content delivery, DNS, and security), which may process connection data such as IP addresses to route and protect traffic. Aside from the payment providers above, we do not share your data with third parties except where required by law.
We use minimal browser storage: a localStorage value to remember your language
choice, and, if you sign in, a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party
advertising or tracking cookies. If ads are shown in future, any advertising cookies will be
disclosed here.
We do not train models on your uploaded content without your explicit opt-in consent, and we never train on content flagged by the safety filter.
The Service is not directed to children. You must be 18 or the age of majority where you live to use it. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data associated with you, or opt out
of analytics/optional retention, by emailing [email protected]. Because most
uploads are deleted immediately, there is usually little file data to delete.
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
